Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing campaign performance, identifying key trends, and providing insights that drive strategic decisions. You will work closely with the marketing and analytics teams to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

•Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

•Create regular reports and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics.

•Develop predictive models to identify growth opportunities and customer behavior patterns.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns based on data insights.

•Track and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and email performance.

•Provide actionable insights to improve targeting, segmentation, and overall marketing strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

•Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and SQL.

•Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

•Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

•Knowledge of marketing principles and campaign tracking.

•Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

•Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.

Education & Experience:

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.

•3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing or e-commerce environment.

•Experience with A/B testing, attribution modeling, and marketing analytics platforms.
